Tax Alert: MoF Memo #1000 on new tax deadlines based on the Law #185

Please find attached the Ministry of Finance Memo #1000 dated 8 December 2020 setting the new tax declaration deadlines following the Law #185 dated 19^th August 2020 that had further extended the suspension of the legal and tax obligations set by the Law#160 till the 31^st December 2020. You will find in this MoF Memo a comprehensive and detailed table with all the new deadlines for each and every tax declaration of the last periods starting from the 18^th October 2019. All the new deadlines will start running after the 31^st December 2020 (end of the suspension of the legal and tax obligations period).
