Tax Alert: MoF decisions extension of several deadlines

Dear All,

 

Please be informed that the Ministry of Finance (MoF) has issued the following decisions (attached scanned copies) extending deadlines as below-detailed:

 

1)      MoF decision #304/1: dated 4^th April 2024 extended the deadline for the declaration of the income from foreign movable assets of the fiscal year 2022 according to the article 82 of the Income Tax Law and the payment of the related tax until the 31^st May 2024.

 

2)      MoF decision #305/1: dated 4^th April 2024 extended the deadline for the declaration of the income from foreign movable assets of the fiscal year 2023 according to the article 82 of the  Income Tax Law and the payment of the related tax until the 31^st May 2024.

 

3)      MoF decision #350/1: dated 9^th April 2024 extended the deadline for the filling and payment of the Value Added Tax (VAT) declaration of the 1^st quarter of the year 2024 until the 31^st May 2024 (inclusive).

 

4)      MoF decision #351/1: dated 9^th April 2024 further extended the deadline for the filling and payment of the Tax on Salaries of the 1^st quarter of the year 2024 until the 31^st May 2024 (inclusive).
