Tax Alert: MoF decisions #11/1 & 14/1 dated 12 Jan. 2021- Extension of Q4-2020 VAT & Tax on salaries declarations until 15 Feb. 2021

Dear Clients,

Please be informed that the Ministry of Finance (MoF) decisions #11/1 and 14/1 dated 12^th January 2021 (attached scanned copies) have extended the deadlines to present the 4^th quarter of 2020  Tax on salaries (R10) and Value Added Tax (VAT) declarations and the payment of the related taxes until the 15^th February 2021  inclusive.
