Tax Alert: MoF decision #363/1 dated 1st June 2021- Extension of FY 2019 & 2020 income tax declarations

Dear All,

Please be informed that the Ministry of Finance (MoF) decision #363/1 dated 1^st June 2021 (attached a scanned copy) has further extended the deadline for the filling of the income tax declarations for the Fiscal Years 2019 and 2020 as well as the related Ultimate Beneficiary Owner (UBO) declaration (M18) as follows:

Ø    For the Fiscal Year 2019: New deadline = 25^th June 2021

Ø    For the Fiscal Year 2020: New deadline = 26^th July 2021

Knowing that the related income taxes of the fiscal years 2019 and 2020 have to be settled before the 30^th June 2021.
