Please find attached the Ministry of Finance (MoF) decisions dated 30^th May 2019 on the amendment of article 1 of Decision 993/1 which postponed the payment of the annual lump sum tax duty till the year 2021 (MoF decision #260) and the mechanism of claiming back the annual lump sum tax duty already paid by Lebanese companies for the year 2018 (MoF decision #261).
