Dear All,
Please be informed that the Central Bank (BDL) issued today the Circular #547 asking the Lebanese commercial banks and financial institutions to grant interest free (0%) loans in LBP and USD to companies and individuals already being granted loans to cover the payment of the installments of the three coming months (March, April and May 2020) and the salaries of their employees. These interest free loans are to be repaid to banks over a period of 5 years.
